Stacia has been a resident of Fort Worth since 1999 when she relocated here from Kissimmee, Florida, with her daughter Colby. There is a lot of truth to the statement, “I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here at fast as I could,” where Stacia is concerned -- she says she finally feels like she is home.

Stacia was a licensed Real Estate professional in Florida specializing in residential sales and commercial property management. Relocating to Fort Worth she ventured in multi-family housing, sales and marketing apartment communities with 250 to 500 homes, resident retention, and public relations.

Stacia is a member of the Fort Worth Republican Women’s Club, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, Gold Member, Greater Fort Worth Area Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

I highly recommend using Stacia Burnham when purchasing a home. I've worked with real estate agents in the past and thought they were all pretty good. That is until I met Stacia. She performs at a level to where you can actually see the difference between "pretty good" and "AMAZING"!!! She is truly a master of her craft and I would describe her as the Texas Hammer of real estate. I'll give you an example. The seller of this last house really wanted to keep their Mineral Rights (for good reason) and I signed the paper because I really wanted the house. I later felt bad about that and  thought that if I buy a house, I want everything that should come with it. When I work in the yard, that should be my dirt. So I called and asked Stacia "to fight for me a little bit" and get those Mineral Rights. She said "No problem honey, I'll call you here in a little bit". Three hours later she was faxing me a signed amendment from the seller that the Mineral Rights were to be mine! I don't know what she said, but I'm glad she was on my side. I didn't pay extra or anything. She also made me feel like I was her only client. She always remembered everything, very easy to get in contact with, never cut me short on a conversation, and her resources were scary good. On her emails and voicemail she always has "working with you to achieve your dreams". I didn't know her that well at first and thought it was kinda cheezy. Toward the middle and end of the whole process, I realized that she is very serious about that statement.
