Stiles-Mund Group Selected to Market Townhomes in Fort Worth’s Near Southside
Stiles says Sixth & O is the perfect addition to the area.
FORT WORTH, TX – Alexander Chandler Realty and Highrises.com’s Mary Hodges Mund and Graham Stiles have been selected to market Sixth & O Townhomes, a new townhome project in Fort Worth’s Near Southside. Stiles said the townhome community offers architecturally significant exteriors with modern interiors at prices that will be attractive to many buyers in the Near Southside. “Another thing that homeowners will appreciate about Sixth & O is that they do not have to spend a lot of time maintaining their property,” said Mund. “Sixth & O features beautiful exteriors in one of Fort Worth’s oldest neighborhoods. Each home has a covered front door and balcony area, providing an elegance that adds to the curb appeal.” The townhome project is the newest of many successful developments in the area that has seen many exciting retail and dining options become available in recent years.
“We looked at several companies to direct the sales and marketing for Sixth & O,” said Tom Malone, a partner in the development. “We picked Alexander Chandler Realty and Highrises.com due to their willingness to meet our unique needs, their impressive overall market penetration, vast marketing tools, as well as the overall experience of the Stiles-Mund Group. Mary and Graham, who will lead the marketing efforts, demonstrated they understood the issues in today’s real estate market, specifically new townhome sales and helped set our minds at ease in this major decision. We look forward to a successful partnership.”
Sixth and O is scheduled to break ground in 2011 and is currently offering pre-construction pricing that starts in the low $200’s. The development is located at 6th Avenue and Oleander Street between Magnolia Avenue and Rosedale Street.
